A 'layout first' bathroom transformation

As a designer, I've seen it many times: clients fall in love with the details first.

They want the clawfoot tub, the brass taps, the artisanal tiles. But in this compact family bathroom in Reigate, I knew none of those choices would shine unless the layout worked first.

Layout isn't decoration. It's the framework that makes a space feel right.
