Penny Andrews

Penny Andrews is the CEO and Co-Founder of Reno.

Penny's career has centred around building, operating and scaling digital product and service businesses, working across strategy, sales, operations, delivery, product and customer experience.

Before Reno, Penny held senior leadership roles at digital agency Head and later Zone, helping scale both businesses through to acquisition. She later became Managing Director at blockchain startup Chainspace, which was acquired by Facebook in 2019, before co-founding People Make, the first company built together by Penny and Calum.

Across those businesses, Penny developed a reputation for combining strategic thinking with down to earth leadership and practical execution, helping teams navigate complexity while continuing to deliver meaningful outcomes for customers.

At Reno, Penny brings together her experience in product, operations and digital transformation with a long-standing interest in homes, renovation and thoughtful design. Her vision for Reno is particularly focused on simplifying complex processes, improving communication between homeowners and trades, and building technology that solves real-world problems in practical, human ways.
